  • Guests arrive and are welcomed with a refreshing signature drink (lemongrass-infused iced tea).

  • Introduction to the day’s theme, itinerary, and mindfulness mindset.

🤝 10:30 AM - 11:00 AM | Class & Classmates Introduction

  • Icebreaker session to create a welcoming and supportive environment.

  • Brief talk on the importance of self-love and wellness in daily life.

🌸 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM | Flower Arrangement Workshop

  • Hands-on flower arrangement activity, focusing on creative self-expression.

  • Learning about the symbolism of flowers and how they impact emotional well-being.

🍽 12:30 PM - 1:30 PM | Nourishing Garden Lunch

  • 🍴 Starter: Light garden salad with citrus dressing

  • 🥣 Main Course: Grilled fish or tofu with roasted vegetables & herbal rice

  • 🍮 Dessert: Seasonal fruit platter & coconut chia pudding

  • 🍵 Drink: Herbal-infused water (lavender & mint)

🌿 1:30 PM - 2:30 PM | Deep Breathing & Aromatherapy

  • Guided deep breathing exercises to promote relaxation.

  • Discovering signature essential oil scents and their benefits for emotional well-being.

  • Crystal singing bowls & sound bath experience to promote deep relaxation.

  • Guests reflect and set positive intentions for the future.

  • 🍴 Starter: Creamy pumpkin soup with coconut milk

  • 🥣 Main Course: Quinoa-stuffed bell peppers with basil sauce

  • 🍮 Dessert: Mango sticky rice with flower-infused syrup

  • 🍵 Drink: Chamomile & lavender iced tea

🌿 Closing & Farewell Gift
